Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants is Hiring Now: DIVISIONAL EMAIL MARKETING SPECIALIST to oversee multiple brands including but not limited to RPM, Sushi-san, Mon Ami, Summer House, Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba!, Pizzeria Portofino, Three Dots and a Dash and more!

Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants is looking for a Divisional Email Marketing Specialist with 3 years of marketing manager experience.  The ideal candidate needs to have a deep understanding of CRM systems and email marketing; must be able to manage customer databases, segment audiences, and create targeted email campaigns to drive guest engagement and loyalty. This role requires a proven ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for a strong return on investment. Responsibilities

  • Plan, design and execute Lettuce Entertain You (LEYE) email marketing program 
  • Collaborate with corporate and restaurant marketing leadership to create email marketing campaigns 
  • Create, write, direct, review and approve email content and collaborate with designers on creative briefs 
  • Write copy both individually and in collaboration with the divisional marketing team
  • Collaborate with data analysts to develop and implement personalization strategies to segment and target for email campaigns
  • Work closely with restaurant, divisional and brand marketing managers on initiatives
  • Manage and ensure compliance with all state and country email laws and regulations as required
  • Track and analyze both direct and interactive email marketing campaigns 
  • Model and promote teamwork across all teams
  • Use tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests, vendors and employees, and respond with patience and courtesy
  • Work a variety of days and shifts (including early mornings, late nights and weekends) at multiple sites with or without overnight travel, as needed
  • Move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally move and/or lift up to 10 pounds

Qualifications
